After graduating in art, I found my calling in the world of pastry. From pastry shops to river cruise ships to the 5-star Shangri-La Hotel in Abu Dhabi - my career is a delicious journey for all the senses.


Successes:

  • Several gold and silver medals in competitions

  • As a team member at "Young Chef of the Year," we placed third in Abu Dhabi

  • Gold medal for my chocolate showpiece at the Sial Abu Dhabi
